The Rendezvous is really fun but it's a sizeable event. We are only a small group of chauffeurs, so we can't run the event without our great volunteers. There's a checkbox for each attendee on the registration form, so if you're able to help out in some way, we really appreciate it!

Volunteer Tasks

All of our activities typically require setup and cleanup. The following is a more specific listing.

Silent Auction

The auction is in its own category because it's a big job, managed by Camille Erb and Bill Blaufuss

• Setting up tables
• Intake and setup of auction items
• Item sales after bidding is complete

By Day

Friday

• Stuffing registration packets
• Hand out registration packets
• Oversee pizza distribution
• Selling merch

Saturday

• Help vendors set up (for the early birds!)
• Parking management
• Registration and merch sales
• 50-50 raffle hucksters

Sunday

• Return supplies to storage and Lakeside
